MOUNTAIN CRAY is a site-specific video installation presented during the Winter Light Festival in Seyðisfjörður. Projected onto the rugged Icelandic landscape, the work explores the interplay between natural forms and digital distortion, creating a surreal fusion of movement, light, and color. Inspired by the dramatic shifts in Arctic daylight, MOUNTAIN CRAY transforms the mountains into a living canvas, where vibrant, glitch-like visuals pulse in harmony with the surrounding environment. The installation challenges perceptions of reality and nature, blurring the boundaries between the organic and the artificial in an immersive audiovisual experience.
